Education :  Bachelors Degree
Experience :  5 - 10 Years

Skills :  1. Excellent negotiation and communication skills coupled with ability to achieve projected targets.
2. Proactive and a self starter, who can effectively manage a team of Sales executives and avoid open conflicts with both clients and colleagues.
3. Preferably with UAE Driving License and those who can join to our Sales team immediately.
4. Candidates with own car and multi lingual shall be an added advantage not mandatory.
5. Proven Excellence in Acheving Sales Targets and Managing a Team of Sales Executives.
6. Preferably with UAE Driving License and those who can join to our Sales team immediately.
7. Negotiating & Sales Acumen.



Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in a Business Management/ Sales & Marketing / or relevant field.
2. Must have over 5 years experience in sales in UAE, in a supervisory role.
3. Good knowledge of the UAE market and ability to work efficiently under stress.

Responsibilities :  
Duties and responsibilities among others include:

1. Acquaint with the field on a daily basis to obtain new clients and business, while selling and promoting our products to the public in UAE.
2. Maintain and develop an excellent relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and emails;- Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business ventures.
3. Respond to incoming mail and phone inquiries related with sales quotations, closings contact between our group and its existing and potential markets and clients.
4. Effectively negotiate and close deals, maintain an updated database of existing and prospective clients through the companys CRM.
5. Representing our company in sales fairs, Exhibitions, forums, and to make presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients and to existing clients in the event of a new product. Advising ways to improve sales, engaging in promotions and road shows when needed,
6. Provide accurate, and on spot cost calculations and providing customers with accurate quotation.,
7. Confer complete feedback about response of our product to the management to assist in improving our product and target audience, Educating clients about our product and it value to them and their businesses


Description :  The successful candidate MUST have prior experience as a Supervisor in Outdoor Sales in UAE and with the responsibility of generating new clientele, sourcing, maintaining and educating potential and existing clients about the Maps & Directory Benefits and Use.

We are looking to hire energetic, self-driven and Target driven individuals with prior experience as a Supervisor in UAE, as the Sales Supervisor, you shall be responsible for selling the products and services to clients.

Responsible to approach existing and potential clients with the aim of selling, after sales service, and to win new business while maintaining good relationships with clients and manage a team of Sales Executives.
