Responsibilities :  1. Planning, preparing and producing a range of menu items, which includes, but is not limited to appetizers, salads, sandwiches, stocks, sauces, soups, eggs, vegetables and farinaceous, meat, poultry, game, seafood, hot and cold dessert, pastry, cakes and yeast goods.
2. Preparing menu items through the application of a wide array of cookery methods, which includes, but is not limited to, boil, blanch, simmer, poach, steam, stew, braise, roast, bake, grill, shallow fry and deep fry.
3. Managing the cleaning and sanitation of all food preparation equipment and maintains it in such a manner that it remains in a safe and operable condition.
4. Ensuring that safety and hygiene regulations are being strictly adhered to. This includes the upkeep of high standards of sanitation, hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.
5. Assembling and preparing ingredients for menu items.
6. Coordinating the planning, budgeting and requisition of food and other supplies needed.
7. Ensuring cost efficiency through the minimization of food spoilage and the application of cost control measures to ensure adherence to budget restraints.
8. Ensuring that cleaning equipment and cleaning agents are used correctly, effectively and efficiently.
9. Responsible for inventory control of all items used by facility staff, such as, but not limited to, cleaning material, equipment, food items and commodities, etc.

The Cook / Facilities Manager oversee the facilities and kitchen operations, which includes the hygiene management, meal planning and preparation of accommodation and meals for all employees and visitors.

The Cook / Facilities Manager is responsible to ensure clean and well-maintained facilities, to ensure adherence to all public health regulations regarding food storage and preparation and to ensure that all resources such as manpower, materials, methods, and procedures are followed and utilized effectively and efficiently..

Responsibilities :  1. Perform software development based on approved conceptual design.
2. Perform Alpha Testing of end-product before submission to Systems Quality Assurance for their own sets of testing.
3. Conduct scheduled systems maintenance and enhancements.
4. Designing and implementing the components required for complex application features.
5. Adhering to the directives provided by the assigned Project Team Leader.
6. Demonstrating creativity and autonomy.
7. Provide compliance in following full SDLC policy including resource planning, timeline and checkpoints to ensure timely and quality delivery of services to customers (internal and/or external).

Description :  
The Systems Programmer will perform system development based on process evaluation results, formulated standards, conceptualized designs and with high conformance to customer requirements and exceeds customer expectations. This role will include full compliance to Systems Development processes and procedures.

The Systems Programmer will ensure product delivery based on required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time, and in alignment with customer expectations and contracts alike. The Systems Programmer will work with the direct supervision of the assigned Project Team Leader for them to convey, strategically plan, monitor milestones and coordinate for the utilization of the different resources to achieve their defined goals.
