Experience in a similar role with an experience of ERP sales and understanding of business models for the relevant geographic Market

Responsibilities :  Roles and Responsibilities:
1. We are looking people Experience (1 TO 10) ERP, CRM, HRMS, CAMS, and Facility Management (FM) Sales only. (Male and Female)
2. Meet sales targets and in line with the organizational business objectives and strategy
3. Ability to handle END to End Sales process with minimum supervision
4. Building an achievable pipeline with the given targets
5. Ability to close deals within the required time frame
6. Building relationship with Prospects and Clients
7. Ability to convince a Client on the domain expertise and the company vision, and thereof the product offering
8. Attitude that can match the culture of the company
9. Good Presentation skills. Personal Business
10. Be proactive in closing activities before they get escalated
11. Should have the ability to achieve targets before the stipulated time frame
12. Manage the proposal development process in coordination with the delivery team and maintain the time-lines for the proposal.
13. Understands clients' needs and qualify opportunities in line with our business focus
14. Maintain the Business Development databases
15. Support marketing activities, including trade/ scientific shows, mailings, etc.
16. Local travel will be common and some extended travel will be required; the Sales Executive must have his/her own vehicle and valid drivers license.
