Job Description: - Acting as Management Representative at site - Ensuring the implementation of Quality Management System during construction activities, - Ensuring efficient, timely and profitable performance of his contracts, - Managing project staff, - Planning the works with planning/technical staff, - Ensuring safe execution of the contract works via safety plan and procedures, - Monitoring production and implementation of project-specific quality plan and procedures, - Ensuring compliance with all the local authority and statutory requirements, - Supervising site employees and subcontractors (if any) in efficient and fair manner. - Prepare site related reports to the Management Skills: - Bachelor degree or higher in Civil Engineering. - 10-15 years of experience (minimum 3 years as Project Manager) - Computer literate - Have experience in piling works - Have good management skills, good capability of date analysis

Job Description: -Monitoring the implementation and operation of the safety plan. -Responsible to the project manager on a day-to-day basis for weekly inspection and reports. -Verifying the correct reporting for accidents and dangerous occurrences, and the certification of equipment and operatives. -Day-to -day scrutiny of operations on site with regards to safe systems of work, including protective equipment, materials and subcontractors. -Ensure that all accidents and dangerous occurrences are reported and any necessary remedial action is taken -Ensure that all lifting gears including chains and slings.etc are properly recorded and that test certificates are obtained and renewed. -Ensure that all HSSG statutory documents are correctly maintained at all the times and made available to the company safety manager and the UAE government or municipality health and safety inspectors. -Ensure that sub-contractors are working in safe manner and complying with the safety regulations. Skills Graduate/Post Graduate (Civil Engineering is an advantage). Having more than 2 years experience in related HSE work. Knows and practices safety standards and regulations very well.
