A working knowledge of HTML 5, CSS, Javascript and JQuery Libraries.

The Senior Media Designer serves as a consultant to the Media Manager and also as a mentor to Media Designer and Associate Media Designer positions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Marketing and Multimedia development:

1. Strong knowledge multimedia development in different areas.
2. Ability to convert abstract concepts and ideas into graphical and multimedia pieces.
3. Experience organizing and coding presentations that involve audio, video and graphics.
4. Ability to balance subjective design ideas and business goals.
5. Ability to choose the appropriate software and processes to create presentations, web applications/development, mobile apps, videos production, multimedia creation, and/or coding

Courseware Development
1. Develop graphic and interactive media solutions for courseware.
2. Troubleshoot development and end-user problems and collaborate with team to solve problems and prohibit future problems/issues.
3. Develop state of the art eLearning courseware.

Research and Development
1. Advise and implement the most effective multimedia and interactive learning objects to deliver high quality results on schedule within budget requirements.

3. Support development of new templates ensuring that the eLearning standards, code, design and functionality are applied to the new Templates and Tools
4. Continually enhance existing media processes, standards, and templates to foster consistent communication across teams.
1. Communicate effectively with all team members, including Project Managers, Instructional Designers, QA Specialists, and Web developers, Media Admin Specialists, and programmers. Works to assure technical feasibility with design implementation.
2. Always communicate in a positive manner.
3. Continually foster positive team communication and collaboration with internal and external departments.

Preferred Background and Capabilities:
3-5 years experience in Multimedia, Web development or Marketing.
Undergraduate degree in computer science and/or digital art/design with emphasis in multimedia or web applications. Degree in related field or equivalent education and experience will be considered.
Strong sense of color, composition, typography, and design principles.
Attention to detail.
Understanding of Instructional Design and the most effective ways to utilize multimedia to support eLearning objectives will be a plus
Ability to multitask and work on several projects simultaneously.
Must be able to interact effectively and professionally with international team, and across other organizations within TeleTech.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (ESL Applicants: Upper-intermediate written English and intermediate oral English.)
