Experience
The ideal candidate for this opportunity:
Has graduated from an accredited University or Institution in Human Resources Management
Has a minimum of 10 years Human Resources experience with at least 3 years as head of the HR function in a reputed organization
Previous work experience in an acute healthcare facility is preferred.
JCAHO /JCIA experience is preferred
Has strong professional relationships and business acumen.
Is a strong a communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills
Possesses strong leadership skills and is able to motivate and influence others.
