Invite a Friend
If a user decides to use our Invitation option to invite a friend to our website, users have an option to add their friend's email addresses. JID will automatically send their friend an email inviting them to join JID's website. JID stores this email address for the purpose of automatically associating the friend with the user sending the invitation. JID does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations. The friend may contact JID to request the removal of this information from our database.
By providing us with information about a friend, you confirm their informed consent to do so.
Uploading your Contacts
If a user decides to upload their contacts, email invitations will be sent on the user behalf to everyone on their address book, JID will not store your passwords. JID will only stores the name and email address of the contacts for the purpose of automatically associating the friend with the user sending the invitation. JID does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations and future notifications.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you, by email, or by means of a notice on our homepage.
• Delivery Policy
Within seven business days of paying the processing fee, members will receive a file number. This file number allows members to access the "Candidates " section of our website and can also be obtained by E-Mailing email@example.com
• Refund Policy
Please note that refunds are not issued within the first six months of registration with Jobs in Dubai. Any request for refunds can take a minimum of six to eight weeks to process or longer depending on your country of residence. This is also to ensure that the member's application is not being processed and there are no scheduled interviews in place. We also want to ensure that a member's profile is not disabled from a prospective employer's account before the refund is issued. The sudden cancellation of an application can result in an applicant's resume becoming unavailable to an employer who may be in the process of reviewing the application or in some cases even selecting the candidate. Once a profile is disabled, employers are unable to view any contact information and the client's information is deleted from the employers account. Refunds are issued on the 5th of every month. If a request for a refund is submitted after the 5th, the refund will be issued on the refund date scheduled for the following month.
This Agreement is between you ("You"), the purchaser of products or services on this web site and JOBS IN DUBAI. COM INC. ("Us", "We", "Our" or the "Supplier"). All orders and purchases made through www.jobsindubai.com (the "Site") are subject to the terms and conditions contained in this agreement (the "Agreement"). The effective date of this Agreement is when You accept this Agreement in accordance with the procedure set out below.
PLEASE NOTE, DEPENDING ON THE SERVICES YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR, THERE MAY BE FEES THAT ARE REFUNDABLE OR NON-REFUNDABLE. SHOULD YOU REGISTER FOR A NON REFUNDABLE SERVICE SUCH AS CV SERVICES, THESE FEES FOR WHICH ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, YOUR FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND A PERMANENT GOLD MEMBERSHIP WILL BE OFFERED AS A REPLACEMENT.
We offer two types of memberships, a Regular Membership and a Gold Membership. The prices vary depending on your residency and the services being purchased. Prior to any payment being sent, You will be advised of the appropriate charges. Please note, regardless of an account being new or an upgraded regular membership account, Gold Membership fees are non-refundable.
There are instances when refunds have been delayed:
- Refunds form not filled directly from profile. This form would be available in your profile once your six months are completed. You may wish to apply for a refund if you are dissatisfied with our service. This would require logging into your account which authenticates your request and profile. We cannot accept refund requests via email, but we do establish communication and assist you in filling out your refunds form. - Your Credit Card may be expired.
- Delay from user in responding to emails sent from the Refunds Dept in regards to your preferred method of refund. Please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contact list.
- Lost Demand Drafts mailed out by the Refunds Dept but not received. In this case, the Demand Draft would first be canceled. A copy of the Demand Draft counter-part would be scanned and sent to you as proof. A new Demand Draft would be mailed through registered mail and charges deducted.
- Requests for unconventional refund methods. We do not transfer through Western Union.
- Your mailing address does not match your profile address.
- Your first name, last name is different from the information on your profile.

We are a global resource for the recruitment of skilled personnel and our key focus has been the provision of human resources to corporations, which are mainly located in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait. To use this service, You must have Internet access and a functioning e-mail address. You must set up an online profile ("Snap Shot") by filling out an online application form, which includes submitting an electronic copy of your resume and/or photograph. If your application and profile matches our employer job postings, which we access through scanning keywords on your resume or profile, You will be notified via e-mail. YOU WILL THEN BE REQUIRED TO PAY A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A GOLD MEMBERSHIP AND A REFUNDABLE FEE IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A REGULAR MEMBERSHIP. Your SnapShot will then be available to prospective employers. Interested employers will contact you directly for the purpose of proceeding with their internal recruitment process.
Connect : Professional Networking Service
The service connects you to other job seekers through your resume SnapShot feature. You are able to send connection request to anyone you find on your search results and add or remove them from your membership account through your account admin section. This is a paid service and you are required to pay a one-time fee to have an active account. All images and contents are moderated with the help of this deposit, which is only refundable after 180 days. Once you are refunded this fee, your account will be disabled and all relevant data removed.
Your account will disabled and refund NOT granted if you are found to have solicited any members to pay for products, ask for Credite Card information, pay for a job, advertise other services, use languages that are offensive in nature, slander and defame JID and its employers, harassment of other members, complaints and report abuse notifications from other members, if received.
Service Eligibility. You represent and warrant that you (a) are not under the age of 18; (b) have not previously been suspended or removed from Jobs In Dubai .com Inc; (c) are not a direct competitor of JID; (d) do not have more than one JID account at any given time; and (e) that you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party. (e) Are not a spammer and here with the sole intention to promote or defame or negtively promote JID. In addition, you must provide all equipment and software necessary to connect to JID, including, but not limited to adequate internet browsing tools, softwares and connection.
Indemnify us: You have to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any damages, losses and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) related to third party claims, charges or investigations, caused by (a) your failure to comply with this Agreement, including, without limitation, your submission of content that violates third party rights or applicable laws, (b) any content you submit to JID or (c) any activity in which you engage on or through JID.
Pay: If you subscribe to any services that we offer for a charge, you will pay the applicable fees (including, without limitation, fees for Gold Membership accounts) plus all related taxes and reimburse us for any collection costs and interest for any overdue amounts.
• Resume Snap Shot Liability
Jobsindubai.com Inc. does not take any responsibility or agree to be held liable for the safety of individuals creating resume snapshots or attachments of personal pictures on the Site. We make reasonable efforts to protect the privacy of all candidates. Any contact information is only given to employers with contractual agreements in place. It is solely the candidate's responsibility to accept or reject any solicitation for employment by any parties claiming to be Our employers or free lance agents. By filling out this resume snap shot, candidates accept any and all liability or risks associated with the creation of a Snap Shot. Candidates should not under any circumstances include their personal information or email address or their employers name while creating a resume snap shot that is viewed on the main site by all public accessing this website.
• Terms and Methods of Payment
A REFUNDABLE application fee of $92 ("Fee") must be paid by all nationalities. This does not include UAE nationals and residents and GCC citizens, for whom it is free. For those required to pay the fee, this is payable once You have been notified of potential matches to job postings by employers and you have decided to become a member. The fees for the regular membership can be refunded provided a request for a refund is made in writing after one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of the payment.
In order to receive the extra services provided with the Gold Membership package, a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $125 for the GOLD Membership package must be paid. This is applicable to all regardless of their nationality or country of residence.
All membership and services details can be found on the Site and should be reviewed prior to making any payment. Your acceptance to receive such services shall be deemed from your payment for such services.
Prices Subject to Changes Without Notice
You are hereby advised and You hereby agree that all general membership fees are REFUNDABLE once You have used the recruitment services offered by Us especially in the case of the regular membership. You may apply for a full refund of your application deposit only once the one hundred and eighty (180) day time period, as described above, has passed.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, JID.COM INC DOES NOT MAKE OR GIVE ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES AS TO UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE TRANSACTIONS, PRIVACY, SECURITY, MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THOSE ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. IN NO EVENT SHALL JID.COM INC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWSOEVER CAUSED.
