Handling 25 BSCs, TCUs and 800 BTS sites in TN Circle.
? Coordinating with team members to solve the issues without any service disruption.
? Coordinating with RF Team to optimize the networks.
? Coordinating with ER and GPS Team in case of major service outage.
? Raising & Resolving the issues with NTS depends upon the severity of cases.
? Improvise the network performance by analyzing the stats in regular basis.
? Periodic health checks will be taken for network elements on weekly basis.
? Generating the databases for the existing network on regular basis.
? Creating the BSS elements in OMCR and Reparenting the BTSs to other BSCs.
? Creating and resolving the tickets raised by customer.
? Provided support to project team for installing and commissioning of BSCs and their TCUs in TN Circle.
