· Preparing presentation drawings.

· Preparing design drawings & details for both HVAC, Plumbing.

· Maintain a master list of all drawings including revision numbers approval status of drawings.

· Custodian of hard and soft copies of drawings.

· Preparing As built drawings and check as built drawings submitted by the Contractor.

· Assist Project Team in preparation of drawings/details related to Variations, Request for Information etc.

· Coordination of MEP, with respect to Structural, Architectural, ID and other services

• Create technical drawings and specifications for mechanical systems and components
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and refine mechanical designs
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Modify existing designs to meet project requirements
