Introduction Location: Dubai
Duration: 16/09/2024 – 01/07/2025
Function
- Monitoring and witnessing that manufacturing activities are executed in accordance with the relevant standards and procedures, on behalf of Client
- Review of procedures, ITP and QC Plans
- Review of material and manufacturing records and reports
- Follow up WPQ, WPS and welder`s qualification records
- Review of contractors/ subcontractor`s performance.
- Follow up general fabrication and construction activities in accordance with marked up ITP`s
- Verify NDT performance and reporting
- Witness mechanical testing
- Traceability, Marking and Identification
- Witness Final Inspection
- Review final documentation
- Contribute and advise related to Process input to overall Completion strategy and planning
- Advise contractors and other resources providing services and supplying materials or equipment for Process Systems Completion
- Witness contractor/supplier tests as necessary (FAT/SAT)
- Ensure a smooth transition from Project to Commissioning/Operations
Requirements - Relevant engineering degree, Technical College or equivalent education. Experience may make up for formal education.
- The holder of the role must be a strong communicator, have 10+ years of relevant work experience and a track record in construction supervision.
- Knowledge and understanding of MC and Commissioning.
- Preferential competence in NDE – RT, MPI, and UT Interpretation within ISO 9712
