Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in the healthcare sector. They are currently seeking enthusiastic a number of Arabic Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team. If you are passionate about helping others, we want to hear from you and potentially, consider you for this opportunity.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and patients. You will handle inquiries, provide information, and support the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients and patients with inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain and update patient records and other relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and confidentiality.


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage.
  • Education: Minimum of a High School diploma.
  • Experience: Previous experience in healthcare facilities is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Positions Available: We offer junior to senior level positions, depending on experience.
  • Willingness to work anywhere in Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates
