We at Al Tajheez Al Ilmiyah Private School are looking for an experienced Hr to join our team. The Hr will be responsible for managing all employee-related processes, managing performance, developing internal policies, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and update human resources policies and procedures
- Follow up on performance evaluation processes and make recommendations for improvement
- Address employee inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance with all work-related laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on human resources to senior management
- Manage and update employee files continuously
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
- should speak Arabic and English
- At least three years of experience in the field of personnel affairs or human resources.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication skills and problem solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HR programs
