We at Al Tajheez Al Ilmiyah Private School are looking for an experienced Hr to join our team. The Hr will be responsible for managing all employee-related processes, managing performance, developing internal policies, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop and update human resources policies and procedures
  • Follow up on performance evaluation processes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Address employee inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Ensure compliance with all work-related laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on human resources to senior management
  • Manage and update employee files continuously

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
  • should speak Arabic and English
  • At least three years of experience in the field of personnel affairs or human resources.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Strong communication skills and problem solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HR programs
