The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice Principal to join the leadership team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape, driving school improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Principal to implement the school’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Lead, manage, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality education.
- Oversee curriculum development and assessment strategies in line with best practices.
- Foster a positive school culture that supports student learning and staff professional growth.
- Engage with parents, community members, and external agencies to enhance the school’s profile and student opportunities.
Requirements: - Master’s Degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with a proven track record in educational leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the American or British curriculum.
- IELTS score above 6 for non-native English speakers (if applicable).
