As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist.
Elite Barber Gents Salon is seeking a skilled and passionate barber with a keen eye for detail to join our team. As an experienced barber, you will be responsible for providing top-quality grooming services, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and other related services. Our ideal candidate is someone who not only has technical expertise but also delivers exceptional customer service and ensures that every client leaves the salon feeling confident and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of barbering services, including but not limited to haircuts, fades, shaves, beard trimming, and styling.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Recommend hair and beard care products to clients, upselling where appropriate
- Stay up-to-date with the latest barbering trends and techniques.
- Manage appointments and ensure punctuality with clients.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and strive to build lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with the salon team to create a welcoming and professional environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio of work.
- Have an established client/customer-base.
- Proficiency in various barbering techniques, including fades, razor cuts, and straight-razor shaves.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the latest grooming products and techniques.
- Professional appearance and a commitment to maintaining high grooming standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
