We are seeking a skilled and versatile All-Round Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of beauty skills, including manicure, pedicure, hair washing, blow-drying, and more. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manicure and Pedicure: Provide expert nail care services, including cutting, shaping, and polishing nails, as well as offering treatments for healthy nail growth and skin care.
- Hair Care: Perform hair washing, conditioning, and blow-drying to clients’ specifications, ensuring a satisfying and pleasant experience.
- Styling: Assist with basic hair styling and offer recommendations for hair care and maintenance.
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide professional advice, and suggest appropriate treatments and products.
- Sanitation and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene standards and ensuring the safety of clients and staff.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest beauty products and trends, and be able to recommend and sell products to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient operation of the salon.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Relevant beauty and cosmetology certifications or diplomas.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with proficiency in manicure, pedicure, hair washing, and blow-drying.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Traits: Friendly, professional, and approachable with a passion for beauty and client care.
