Home Dot Com Real Estate Are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for exceeding targets. This position offers a competitive commission structure along with a salary.
*Responsibilities:
- Salary started at 8k to 12k plus commission.

- Proven experience as a real estate sales manager minimum 2 years.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market off-plan and secondary, industry trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train new and old agents weekly and make them up to date about all Dubai real estate markets rules and updates
- Close sales deals, achieving sales target.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive sales growth.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to real estate agents to enhance their sales skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review sales performance, share best practices, and address any challenges.
- Assist agents in the negotiation and closing of sales transactions, providing expert guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
- Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions
- Weekly Report to Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
