Our client, a prestigious manufacturer and distributor of luxury products and innovative perfume branding solutions based in Dubai, with a reputation for excellence and a commitment to elegance and sophistication, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to be based in Dubai and drive growth in the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets. Your duties and responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create and execute sales plans and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
- Assist in managing and mentoring the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Manage sales documentation, contracts, and negotiations in compliance with company policies.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
Requirements
To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a sales role, with a strong background in luxury products and/or perfume branding.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Driving License: Mandatory
