Job Description:
We are urgently seeking experienced IB Subject Tutors for the following subjects:
- English Language & Literature SL
- Psychology SL
- Chemistry HL
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to students.
- Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Assist students in understanding course content and improving their academic performance.
- Prepare students for IB exams through focused review sessions and practice tests.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of tutoring experience in the UAE, specifically with the IB curriculum.
- Strong understanding of the IB syllabus and exam requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in tutoring IB students with successful outcomes.
- Familiarity with the challenges students face in these subjects and strategies to overcome them.
