About the Company:

Kalinka Ecosystem is an international real estate company operating in Russia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, Turkey, Thailand, and Bali. For over 25 years, we have helped clients find new homes and grow their wealth.

We are seeking a scriptwriter to create viral content and ad videos who can track trends and adapt them to our needs.

Responsibilities:

• Trend watching: monitor viral formats, analyze them, and adapt them to our scripts. Work with over 100 accounts following a specific algorithm.
• Prepare scripts: write scripts for videos (including storyboarding, voiceovers, and subtitles), adapting them for formats with or without spokespersons.
• Output: produce 60 Reels and campaign videos per month.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time, flexible or remote format.
