Position: Credit Card Sales Executive - Retail Banking
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers in the retail banking sector.
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels including in-person, online, and telemarketing.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering suitable credit card solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit card products, services, and market trends.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and performance metrics to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in credit card sales or a similar sales role in the retail banking sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
