Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and new hires.
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and industry regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Provide administrative support to senior executives.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various HR initiatives and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably in the industrial or agrochemical sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
