(1x) Compensation Analyst

Temporary: to join ASAP - 26th January 2025 (extendable)

Salary: 7,200 QAR full package

Must be on Family sponsorship if Female or Freelance (male/female) ONLY

  • Receives and investigates salary inquiries raised by department management for promotions and salary increases. Prepares recommendations and follows up as required.
  • Processes all the employees’ approved change requests (i.e. Promotions, Salary adjustment, title change, re-classification and re-evaluation).
  • Prepares and processes Employee Change Requests (ECR).
  • Processes Sidra’s tax assistance and protection program in collaboration with Sidra approved vendor.
  • Processes Medical and Life Insurance operations across Sidra.
  • Ensures e-files are updated timely and accurately.
  • Answers queries raised by the branches and arranged meeting with them, if required.
  • Undertakes research and benchmarks compensation and rewards practices in healthcare sector and wider industry.
  • Prepares and manages organization data for submission to survey partners.
  • Manages all procurement activity for the department relating to surveys, tax advisory and others.
  • Maps unique jobs to the market survey methodology based on a sound understanding and working experience of Sidra (AON) as well as other job evaluation methodology.
  • Designs, maintains and conducts UATs for the Contract Generation tool.
  • Serves as the first point of resolution for issues on Contract Generation and makes manual overrides for exceptional contracts.
  • Liaises with IT, conducts UAT for designed changes to contract generator and other automation processes.
  • Prepares user requirement document, creates process flow documents, conducts UAT, tracks issues in UAT and Production against requirements and provides resolution for Rewards automation projects.
  • Prepares training material, educates the users, and provides floor support during adoption.
  • Liaises with IT or external vendors on the operational aspects of automation which includes invoicing and contracting. Also manages the liaison with Sidra Procurement and Finance dept.
  • Liaises with the Work Force Planning, HR Payroll and Finance to ensure smooth execution of internal staff movements.
  • Ensures staff movements request is executed in line with policy and fulfillment of established criteria (availability of vacant budgeted position, approved job description etc.)
  • Provides C&B advisory to departments, business, Payroll, Finance and IT on compensation framework, policies, processes including but not limited to for individual staff movements, basic salary and benefits.
  • Compiles departmental reports including but not limited to tax assisted and protected employees, compensation advice turnaround time, audit reports.
  • Identifies data source and complies data to generate monthly / ad hoc reports – Dependent profile for education, insurance etc.
  • Manages the Opex Budget submissions and analyses the reasons for variance.
  • Prepares internal and external equity analysis on request for individual staff or cohort of staff for Compensation proposals.
  • Administers the Rewards related aspects of staff transfers from other organizations.
  • Tracks the Rewards project planner and maintains the Rewards Database.
  • Ensures that all key rewards metrics are accurately maintained and monitored to highlight any need for intervention.
  • Steps up for the Specialist during leave periods and accomplishes required targets
  • Identifies and communicates opportunities for improvement to processes within the Rewards function
