Job Description: Sarab Engineering Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of architectural experience in the UAE and a proven ability to develop design concepts independently. Key Responsibilities:
Conceptual Design Creation: Independently develop innovative and practical design concepts for a variety of projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
Project Planning: Collaborate with the project management team to outline timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables.
Technical Drawings and Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using industry-standard software.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all designs comply with relevant UAE building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients to understand their vision, present design proposals, and integrate feedback.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
Site Visits: Conduct site visits as needed to oversee project progress and ensure that work is being executed according to plan.
Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials to bring fresh ideas to projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 10 years of architectural experience in the UAE.
Strong portfolio showcasing the ability to create design concepts independently.
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
Excellent knowledge of UAE building codes and construction regulations.
Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
