About the Role

Carpi Auto Service Center is seeking a knowledgeable and driven Automotive Sales Specialist (Female) with experience in auto care to join our sales team. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and driving sales for our auto care services, including PPF, Nano Ceramic, detailing, and major/minor automotive services.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their automotive care needs and recommend suitable services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for automotive services, including PPF, detailing, and mechanical/electrical services
• Educate customers on the benefits of our various services, including maintenance and protective options
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of automotive care products and industry trends

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field, preferably in an auto care or service center environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Knowledge of auto care services, including detailing, PPF, and maintenance services
• High customer service orientation and a results-driven mindset
• UAE experience preferred
• Arabic-speaking skills are a plus
