Job Title: Multi-Technician (Maintenance Specialist - AC & General Electrical)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance of AC systems and general electrical systems.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of issues related to both AC units and electrical infrastructure.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of equipment and systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair building systems such as HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide quick, efficient solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and service activities.
- Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Technician or similar role with a strong background in AC systems and electrical maintenance.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working in the UAE in a similar role is a must.
- Proficiency in handling both AC and electrical systems.
- Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- UAE driving license (preferred).
- Certifications in AC or electrical maintenance (preferred).
