Job Description
As a Real Estate Sales Agent, your role is to generate leads, build lasting relationships with clients, and guide them through the buying, selling, or renting process. You will work alongside the sales team to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
Compensation:
- Base Salary starting from AED 2,000 per month + commission based on performance.
- Incentives and bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing expert guidance and support.
- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of clients through networking, referrals, and active prospecting.
- Conduct property tours and organize site visits for potential buyers or renters.
- Stay informed on market trends, property values, and real estate regulations to provide clients with accurate information.
- Negotiate offers and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and online campaigns to attract new clients.
- Attend sales meetings, training, and networking events to enhance industry knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
