The Team Leader will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Sales Management:

  • Oversee the sales process, ensuring team members effectively convert leads into sales and achieve revenue goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.

Training and Development:

  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of team members.
  • Identify training needs and implement development plans to elevate the performance of the team.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Assist team members in resolving complex client issues and escalations.

Performance Evaluation:

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Recognize and reward top performers while addressing performance challenges.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Utilize market insights to develop effective sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of successful team leadership.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the real estate industry
