- Handle outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries.
- Assist customers in navigating through available properties, answering queries, and addressing concerns.
- Appointment Setting: Arranging meetings between potential clients and the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Update all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Cold Calling: Making unsolicited calls to potential customers to make interest in a product or service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in tele calling (preference in real estate field)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
