  • Handle outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries.
  • Assist customers in navigating through available properties, answering queries, and addressing concerns.
  • Appointment Setting: Arranging meetings between potential clients and the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Update all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Cold Calling: Making unsolicited calls to potential customers to make interest in a product or service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in tele calling (preference in real estate field)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
