Job Description
RPM Rent a Car is urgently looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage operations in our washing area. This role involves leading the cleaning team, ensuring high standards of vehicle cleanliness, and efficiently managing cleaning materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of the cleaning team.
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned and presented to meet company standards.
- Manage and monitor inventory of cleaning materials and tools.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized washing area.
- Train new cleaning staff and oversee their performance.
- Move and park cars as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills (English preferred).
