A reputable jewelry live-selling business in Gold Souq, Dubai, is seeking a Secretary to provide administrative support and handle organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and facilitation of regular reports.
  • Support executives and colleagues with planning and information distribution.
  • Answer and redirect phone calls as required.
  • Prioritize and manage workloads effectively.
  • Organize and maintain documents and files.
  • Coordinate with other organizations as needed.

Requirements

  • Languages: Proficiency in Tagalog (required) and English.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
