We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their property needs, guide them through the buying, selling, and renting processes, and help them make informed decisions. You will be part of a supportive team with access to comprehensive training and all necessary resources for your development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on real estate matters, including buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market.
- Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Present property options, arrange viewings, and negotiate deals.
- Assist clients with the required paperwork and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and clients.
- Follow up with leads, provide excellent customer service, and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- UAE residence visa holder or the ability to work in Dubai.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: AED 2,000 per month.
