Urgent Hiring for MULTI-SKILLED TECHNICIAN
No. of Open Positions - 2
Work Location - Hotel Park, West Bay
Work Days - 6 days/ week
Hours - Monthly rotation of shifts: 9 hours (including lunch)
Potential Shift Timings - 7AM-4PM, 12PM-9PM, 10PM-7AM
Immediate joiners preferred, transferrable visa
Industry - FM, carparks, etc.
Job Description:
- HVAC unit repair and maintenance (PPM and CM works)
- VRV unit faults rectification and compressor replacement and start-up work
- Mechanical works to be attended to, such as motor repair, pipeline leakage rectification, etc.
- Electrical works to attend like faults identification and correction.
- Plumbing works both metal and non-metal lines repair and new line construction
- Coordinate with the supervisor/Document controller to complete the tasks on time.
- Inform the facility manager of any major problem that needs outside assistance, or spares required to resolve concerns.
- Should be read and write English
- Able to understand system drawings
