Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele caller to join our team. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, addressing inquiries, and achieving sales or service objectives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services or provide information.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely updates on the status of inquiries.
  • Customer Support: Address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Accurately update and maintain call logs, customer information, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Achieving Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets as defined by the management.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, English language(s).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Personality Traits:
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle customers.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
