Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Graduate and Licensed Civil Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in residential villa renovation projects within Dubai. This role requires a proactive individual with strong project management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage renovation works for residential villas, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow and project progress.
- Monitor quality control measures to ensure that all work meets company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Valid Civil Engineering License.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in residential villa renovation projects, specifically in Dubai.
- With background in Landscape and MEP works
- Valid UAE Driver's License.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Salary: AED 5,000 - AED 8,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
