1. Assistance of the sales team in preparing product presentations and social events and attendance of those events
2. Support sales executives in planning and organizing client meetings and make sure that the necessary follow-ups will be done
3. Send information material to clients (mailings & reporting)
4. Maintenance of our CRM Tool and mailings lists
5. Keep close contact with product specialists and other teams around the world
6. Answer client requests by phone and e-mail
