The research manager helps in assessing client business issues and developing appropriate research plans utilizing Mindshares proprietary tools, both quantitative and qualitative as well as supporting the insights team in the research requirements.

Duties include:
- To understand the research objectives of the clients Meeting with them to understand their needs and plan accordingly
- To suggest research solutions and draft technical proposals based on RFPs received from clients
- To supervise the execution and coordination of the research project Conduct field briefing, guide field team to launch and complete the field survey as per timelines
- To communicate with clients from project launching to project delivery
- To design and write questionnaires based on information required, discussion guides
- To transform the output and the analysis into PowerPoint presentation
- To design sample size and quota that reflects target population
- To help the Insight team prepare analysis plan as per the study requirements
To Use SPSS/Other Statistical packages for advanced statistical analysis
- To write executive summaries and provide feedback to clients/insights team.
- To give recommendations and present results to clients and help them understand the results
- To coordinate with the internal fieldwork team to manage projects and ensure delivery of results with desired quality

- Methodological base and knowledge: F2F, CATI, Focus groups and in-depth interviews
- Competency in handling different types of research studies (both qualitative and quantitative)
- Knowledge of when to use analysis and how to interpret results
- Awareness of client business issues, industry trends, consumer trends, promotional resources, market status and competition
- Excellent data analysis skills along with the ability to maintain a high degree of self-motivation and tenacity and a passion for problem-solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate research results and conclusions in written reports and presentations
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to implement multiple projects simultaneously within time and budget constraints

The Research Analyst position will be responsible for providing marketing research & analytics to measure performance and support business decisions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience planning and managing various project work and must be able to utilize mainly primary research methods including quantitative and qualitative as well as customer behavior analytics platforms. In the role you must be willing to work with autonomy as well as collaboratively with team members. In addition you must be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines efficiently and work productively and competently under pressure. The candidate must use individual strengths to contribute to team output and engagement.
The Research Manager assists the Director on research related issues and challenges. S/he ensures that financial targets for current and potential clients are met, and helps transform the relationship between the company and the clients from tactical research request to a strategic partnership.
