Looking for IT Help desk professionals, Relevant experience of 3 to 4 Yrs, ITIL Trained/Certified - Male/Female Candidates. Immediate Joinee preferred


1. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
2. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
3. Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
4. Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
5. Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
6. Walk customer through problem-solving process.
7. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
8. Clean up computers.
9. Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
10. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
11. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
12. Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
