We are looking for fresh, aggressive, full-time English/Arabic speaking sales executives to sell advertising space into B2B construction magazines both print & digital at our publishing house/media company in Dubai.

You must be a go-getters with an attitude and willingness to work hard, learn fast and want to rise quickly up the ladder & grow with our company. The role is challenging and we are looking for people who want to make a career in their lives.

We aim to have fun, earn loads of money & are looking for confident, successful & motivated people to drive our publications & company forwards in the region.

You must have 1+ years of experience working in this field.

English proficiency is a must.

Experience with working with advertising agencies in UAE & Bilingual candidates (Arabic) are advantageous.

An attractive salary + commission structure will be offered to the right candidates.

Skills

1. Researching the market & related products for leads & new customers.
2. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
3. Deliver aggressive and consistent sales results and as an individual.
4. Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets set on a monthly basis.
5. Motivate other team members by having a positive and 'can do' approach, be a team player.
6. Presenting the companies products & services in a structured professional way to clients.
7. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
8. Maintaining & developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
9. Negotiating the terms of an advert or feature and closing sales or confirming the feature. Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
10. Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events & conferences & where necessary travel & stay abroad.
11. Recording sales call notes & advert booking information a correct manner on to the company IT & filemaker systems.
12. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements & the industry / region you work in.
13. Attend training & self-improvement courses when required which may be outside of regular work hours.

Responsibilities

1. Speaking with GCC based companies to arrange editorial articles within the magazine.
2. Selling advertising to the suppliers of the featured companies.
3. Deliver aggressive and consistent sales results and as an individual.
4. Completing all booking of advertising space, filling out order forms, chasing advertising copy, signed proofs & pro-forma payment where applicable.
