BD SELECT

JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for all sales activities in UAE for mass market. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
2 Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
3 Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
4 Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
5 Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate customer.
6 Approve all incoming lpo before processing (item/price/stock…)
7 Approve return in accordance with company policy
8 Develop and implement special sales activities (promotions, clearances, marketing support)
9 Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
10 Follow up for collection of payment/cheques
11 Manage and motivate merchandisers team

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Approve staff expense reports, staff vacation.
2 Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
3 Evaluation and review of staff under direct supervision

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE AND JOB RELATED COMPETENCIES
1 Several years of experience in Sales in FMCG, with strong negotiation skill.
2 Excellent communication & strong interpersonal skills.
3 In depth knowledge in MS Office, Excell knowledge a must
4 Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology.
5 Must be assertive, highly quality conscious and should be capable of managing independently
6 Driving license and own car
