Spree Solutions (a tech-start-up) is seeking driven Client Managers with a commitment of providing exceptional client support with the goal of retaining and growing revenue. As a Client Manager you will be responsible for all post-sales support of Local Business Advertisers.

Skills
o 6-12 months of work experience. Relevant experience in Business Development/Sales and advertising is a bonus!
o Familiarity with the geography of the location applied to.
o Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
o Knowledge of how to operate a laptop / PC, good typing speed and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
o Innovative, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals.
o Very high ethical standards.
o Comfortable with new challenges, long and unpredictable work hours, familiar with Startup culture.
o Resilience and an ability to overcome objections
o Positive attitude and a drive to win

Responsibilities
o Help Businesses market themselves better by selling advertising space to them on our Website.
o Effectively search prospective clients and generate sales leads. Leads could range from local joints to corporate clients.
o Manage book of business with revenue retention and growth in mind while providing exceptional client support.
o Pursue up-sell opportunities by showing the value of our website advertising program
o Represent Spree Solutions and act as a positive member of our vibrant & growing company.
o Advise clients on relevant and impactful marketing communication to be displayed on their advertising space on our website. Amplify the impact of marketing campaigns by distributing Spree Solution’s marketing merchandise to businesses for display.
o Prepare result reports for advertising campaigns and interpret them for clients. Also suggest measures to improve the effectiveness of the marketing campaign.
o Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection, graphic design support (with the help of the Graphics Team), campaign activation, result tracking and troubleshooting.
