We have an Urgent Opening for Regional Marketing Manager in Tobacco Cigarette Industry at Dubai UAE.

Preferred Industry : Tobacco / Cigarette


Successful Candidate:

1. 7 + Years of Experience into FMCG products.
2. Suitable from Tobacco Cigarette Background.
3. MBA in marketing will be preferred.
4. French speaking will be an added advantage.

Remuneration / CTC Offered :

1. Fixed Salary in AED +
2. Accommodation.
3. 30 Day Leave Policy.
4. Up & Down Air Fare.


1. Would be handling West Africa Region
2. Will Need to Travel frequently twice in a month to west African for managing dealer network & growth for Business.
3. Meet Dealers & Distributors for Business opportunity in that particular region
4. Create Marketing channel for the entire region
5. Increase business revenue growth by analyzing & understanding the west african market
6. Motivate dealers for more business growth
7. Create MIS Reports for Sales, Dealers, Order,etc
8. Order booking from existing dealers as well as new dealers

Other Basic Profile :

1) Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.

2)Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

3) Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.

4) Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.

5) Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

6) Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.

7) Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.

8) Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
