Skills
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and responding in a discrete manner at all times. Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills and excellent judgment. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint needed. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
Handle Administrative and Operational Tasks which includes the following responsibilities :
In this important role, you will support the Executive through daily management of client and agency relations and activities, as well as serve as the liaison between external and internal contacts when appropriate. You must be assertive in anticipating the needs of the Executive and should be able to think on your feet. On occasion, you will handle some project work in addition to performing general administrative duties ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of their office. It is essential that you be able to work independently and be resourceful in handling and resolving a variety of situations.
