Supporting the Account Managers, Recruitment Consultants and team in the provision of supporting the business on all recruitment needs

-Using multiple channels to source candidates to aid recruitment.
-The management of the on-boarding process.
-Data management of all applications and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
-Notifying candidates of the outcome of their application and providing feedback where appropriate.
-Sifting of CVs received and forwarding on to appropriate person for interview selection/assessment.
-Proactively searching for suitable candidates.
-360 candidate management from initial sifting through to on boarding.
-Build a strong rapport with candidates.
-Generate leads and gather information through speaking to potential candidates.
-Registering CV's and applicants on company database.

-Have a confident and outgoing personality
-Be target driven and self-motivated
-Be able to multi task
-Be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Be an all-round team player
-Have an excellent telephone manor
-Good relationship building skills
-Healthcare Resourcing experience preferred but not essential
