• Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress reports and Progress Photos & Distributing to Planning Department/Management & Main Contractors.
• Preparing & Sending the Non-Confirmation reports by coordinating with QC Department.
• Updating the completed/pending works on the respective drawings and sending to planning department.
• Assisting designing department by taking the site pictures upon request and also assisting Site Supervisors for documents/drawings for any site related issues.
• Coordinating & assisting with site Installation managers for preparing any reports / drawings.
• Preparing & raising Site Requests and sending to main contractors.
• Raising Purchase Requests to procurement department by Installation managers/store keeper request.
• Receiving materials from the suppliers and checking the DO’s and assisting store keepers.
• Maintains all documents & drawings related to project.
• Monitor all the correspondence, documents, E-mail transmittals on daily basis & Overall coordination and controlled documentation within the company.
• Coordination with Main contractor through mail & Project Website Support (PWS ).
• Collecting and distributing required and requested information to management, internal departments, and façade main contractors and to other related teams and trades.
• Create and maintain a compatible system for effectively filing, archiving and retrieving computerized documents with the best and easy tracking methods.
• Other duties assigned by Line Manager and Project Managers.
