A data assistant has to prioritize and organize various activities and should aid the manager when it comes to data collection, investigation analysis. He or she is also responsible for providing updates to the manager and for preparing monthly and annual reports regarding various activities. A data assistant has to develop good customer relations, to support all other customer service coordinators, to assist with updating improvements within databases, to monitor customer expectations, to record all customer feedback and other related duties and responsibilities. It is also a data assistant duty to review the existing data in the computer and to change or update when it is necessary. An accurate database is essential in this line of work, as any mistake may lead to losing clients or worse.
