12 years of commercially focused, marketing program delivery that drove footfall, dwell time and consumer spend.
Experience with benchmarking, trend and sensitivity analysis; design of mall CRM processes within large, complex environments.
Understanding of the GCC market supported by extensive international experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies and campaigns.

Interpersonal skills:
Creative, catalytic analytical, decisive, polished relationship management, lead by example; sense of humor
Negotiate and manage 3rd party agreements; Successful track record of leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :  Develop and maintain all marketing, customer service and revenue strategies to meet Mall footfall, average spend, asset investment objectives; manage the entire marketing and sales product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical implementation


Description :  *Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research.

*Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.

*Design and implement a mall wide “go-to-market plan, direct all departments to execute.

*Partner with various mall tenants. Create new and exciting programs to improve overall mall compliance with marketing strategy.

*Develop In-Mall measureable promotional themes and events over different promotional periods and product launches; ensure consistent alignment to strategy.

*Develop annual marketing plan with reference to leasing.

*Develop and implement marketing function policies and procedures.

*Oversee all marketing, advertising, media, promotional and customer service staff and activities; manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution; evaluation, plan and execute outsourcing as appropriate .

*Oversee public relations, event and promotion planning; update the Mall's website and Social Media outlets; create promotional copy and marketing materials for the Mall.

*Evaluate required dimensions of effective loyalty/rewards programmes; direct audience development in order to encourage repeat business.

*Ensure the achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage for and its programs across all available media.

*Accountable for bilateral corporate and merchant communication relationships.

*Evaluate and respond to tenant sales trend analysis.

*Manage the Marketing Department Budget in the order of AED 20 million.

*Nurture and engage 3rd party relationships to the benefit of all stakeholders.

*Staff supervision and development, office management.

*Prepare budgeting, monthly financial analysis and reporting, and evaluate operational issues all with the goal of maximizing the asset value of the property.

*Participate as Mall Duty Manager (evenings/shifts/weekends), as required
