Education :  Higher Secondary
Experience :  5 - 10 Years
Responsibilities :  
1. Handle client registration process and procedure.
2. Check and follow up registration completion and send reminder to clients to complete registration.
3. Send welcome emails and training information & location map to registered learners.
4. Liaise with Sales & Marketing manager on list of registered clients.
5. Update the list of registrations and provide list to the training manager.
6. Complete and close client file on completion of Training Screen telephone calls and make and record appointments.
7. File correspondence and other records.
8. Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail.
9. Send fax to clients about special events and training schedules.
10. Organise business itineraries, travel arrangements, conferences, meetings and social functions
11. Keep inventory of office supplies and resources and make sure inventory is neatly arranged, labeled and organized.
12. operate office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines switchboards and computers.
13. Get receipt from candidate for receiving the certificate.
14. Receive complaint forms and forward them to the appropriate person.
15. Update the system with grades of learner.
16. Obtain course feedback, enter data from feedback form.
17. Enter data from training feedback forms using Excel and generate appropriate charts.
18. Take pictures and document training courses or events.

Education: minimum 2 years of college education or higher, in business, or related.
Work Experience: minimum 5 years experience as an administrative assistant in a leading company.
Language: Excellent written and communication skills in English (bilingual Arabic/english will be preferred)
