Education :  Bachelors Degree
Experience :  1 - 5 Years

Skills :  1. 3-5 years of experience in Sales Management.
2. Media related sales management experience is preferred.
3. Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
4. Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
5. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
6. Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
7. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.

Responsibilities :  1. Maintaining strong and cordial relationships with corporate level sales and marketing manager.
2. Identifying and monitoring the performance of competitors in the market place.
3. Providing excellent customer service to designated accounts / clients.
4. Responsible for developing a portfolio of accounts through new business development.
5. Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.
6. Contacting prospective customers and discussing their requirements.
7. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
8. Achieving all revenue targets & objectives in line with the Business Plan.
9. Collecting customer feedback and market research.
10. Reporting business trends and area performance to the CEO.
11. Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
12. Developing a full understanding of the business market-place.
13. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
