-7 to 10 Years’ Experience in Luxury goods retail Industry
-Bachelor''''s degree required; GIA certification highly desired
-Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and motivate people while driving companies revenues
-Focused on attention to detail, taking initiative, and creating a positive working environment
-Ability to work well with others, as well as the ability to work independently to drive a successful department
-Exhibit sound business judgment, demonstrated people management, and organizational ability
-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
-In-depth knowledge of diamonds and precious stones.
-Proven track record in client service and entertainment in a luxury environment needed
-Ability to close high jewelry sales required
-Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
-Strong analytical skills and ability to drive business from all facets
-Fluent in Arabic and English

Responsibilities :  -Work closely with the CEO and use research to establish the go-to-market plan and take responsibility for selling high exclusive jewelry and achieve monthly sales targets set jointly with the CEO.
- Provide reporting on sales and forecasting, market intelligence, competitive activities and brand’s areas of improvement to identify relevant market opportunities.

-Be the Brand Ambassador and promote the brand within company guidelines
-Maintain & update product knowledge
-As Brand Ambassador of the company create a professional selling environment by communicating and exemplifying Kahn Jewellery standards of excellence to customers.
- Proactively generate ideas to develop business opportunities and maximize revenue.
- Manage the resolution of customer service related issues with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience.
-Increase management´s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining sales team.
-Organize vendor trunk shows throughout the year to increase variety of selection and department volume.
-Attending trade shows and following with road trunks shows on a monthly basis thus involving frequent travel.
- Ensure marketing strategies and plan is implemented across target market including Visual Merchandising, Public Relations, Media and Events.
