Responsibilities :  1.Meet minimum sales and collections targets, as set forth by Management.
2.Identify new opportunities for business with both existing and new clients.
3.Manage client relationships, including making telephone and face-to-face sales calls to current clients on a timely basis to uncover opportunities and advance the sales process.
4.Work with center staff to provide the necessary service required for ongoing customer satisfaction.
5.Support customer acquisition activities, including trade shows, email marketing, online webinars and seminar events.
6.Prepare written presentations, proposals and price quotations.
7.Give presentations and briefings to clients as needed.
8.Master the information presented during sales meetings.
9.Continually learn new product and industry knowledge and improve selling skills through both online and face-to-face training.
10.Use business networking and social media tools to track client contact information, communicate with potential clients, and perform other sales-related functions.

•Outstanding analytical problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
•Ability to sell in a team environment.

Responsibilities :  1.Meet minimum sales and collections standards, as set forth by the immediate supervisor.
2.Provide consultation to individuals not sponsored by a business regarding a training solution to meet the needs for career skill goals. Arrange financing, assist in registration of initial classes, and explain all lab and testing procedures and policies.
3.Manage ongoing client relationships, including conducting regular meetings to monitor progress through track or program and satisfaction. Make recommendations to maximize the student’s experience and efficiency.
4.Provide the necessary service required for ongoing customer satisfaction. Identify potential refund situations and resolve them. Where required, utilize supervisor and other available resources.
5.Attend trade shows, local school events, etc., as assigned, to generate new business.
6.Gain a complete and ongoing understanding of the products, programs, certifications and classes available to the prospects.
7.Manage the prospect database through proper procedures regarding follow-up calls, prospect status and account ownership.
8.Managing incoming calls and inquiries from 3D Printing Education prospects.
9.Support existing schools by assisting with ongoing needs while enrolled in 3DVinci Creations’ program such as:
•Teach the teacher registration and scheduling
•Scheduling and monitoring of certification exams
10.Participate in coordination of 3D Printing Education exhibitions and shows.
11.Assist with schools’ documentation, reporting and tracking.
12.Assist with credit processing procedures and documentation.

3.Make accurate 3D models from 2D artwork or scanned images.
4.Create photo realistic/anatomically correct 3D portraits.
5.Produce 3D printable models and seeing them through to prints.
6.Ensure printed pieces of the sculpt are engineered correctly to fit together properly.
7.Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
